Perform a wide variety of lead duties related to the upkeep of CVS facilities, equipment, and fixtures. Respond to general verbal or written requests from Manager to perform duties within and outside buildings. Use various tools, broom dust pans, rakes shovels etc.Required Qualifications

- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to read, write, and count accurately
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally (courteous and cordial)
- Must be certified on all equipment needed to complete job task
- Ability to work overtime
- Must have valid Class II license. Effective communication skills
- Lead by example (Safety, attendance, work habits)
- Strong EAM work order system knowledge, computer literacy.
- Leadership skills, problem solving, multi tasking
- Operate equipment in a safe manner following prescribed work methods.
- Work overtime when needed
- Excellent attendance a must.
- Take radio calls and dispatch as needed.
- Lifting: occasional medium heavy, frequent medium heavy (see appendix).
- Frequent bending/reaching/stooping; constant walking/standing/climbing (see appendix).
- Must be able to obtain license to operate all powered equipment within ninety (90) days.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must have knowledge of lean principles, 5S, Gemba, CI improvements projects
- Must be trained on Reach, Scrubber, Order picker and pallet rider within first 90days
- Must be able to cover other zones as needed for vacation coverage

The typical pay range for this role is:$17.00 - $31.30This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
