General Pharmacy Manager - Home Infusion (RPh)

And we do it all with heart, each and every day.As a Pharmacy Manager with Coram CVS/specialty infusion services you will lead a team in a growing segment of healthcare, home infusion services.Job Duties Include:
1. Site leader - On the pharmacy floor interacting with and managing all staff. Coaching and providing feedback to direct reports. Ensuring all staff have received proper training and communication to complete assigned duties.

2. Reviewing schedules to ensure staff coverage for all business needs/hours. Ensuring after hour coverage through on-call support as needed. Production support as needed.
3. Drives accountability with federal, state and local law as and regulations, Coram Policies & Procedures (P&P) and standards of accrediting body - throughout the entire site.
4. Manages the implementation of new clinical programs and or marketing activities to physicians, nursing agencies and referral sources.
5. Coordinates and directs the activities of pharmacy under the direction of leadership and in accordance with Board of Pharmacy regulations, to ensure meeting all KPIs.
6. Collaborates with all key business partners (Sales, COE, Billing, etc) to ensure patient satisfaction
7. Develops and recommends changes in pharmacy processes to ensure efficient workflow to allow for the effective medication and supply delivery
8. Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.Required Qualifications
Bachelors or Doctor of Pharmacy Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited college or university.
Current license to practice pharmacy in state of California
Preferred Qualifications
1+ yrs Management experience
Home Infusion experience
Ability to read, analyze, interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations.
Ability to write and present information to managers, patients, nurses and physicians.
Computer skills (Coram pharmacy system, EPIC, word processing, database, spreadsheet programs).
Education B.S. or doctorate of pharmacy degree is required Anticipated Weekly Hours

The typical pay range for this role is:$135,575.00 - $228,800.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
