Position Summary:

An individual who joins our team will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and quantifying the impact of market events on Rebate guarantees. The team's primary goal is to ensure contractual adjustments are executed to align with market event impacts.The Financial Senior Data Analyst will:

• Work under the guidance of Sr. Manager or Manager for evaluating potential financial impact of market event adjustments using existing models.

• Access data via Excel and tools such as SQL/ SAS and use market event adjustment models to model projected rebate guarantee impact analysis.

• Coordinate the efforts across company teams to ensure contractual adjustments are executed to align with market event impacts.

• Provide consultative support to internal stakeholders on

financial guarantee analysis.

• This role will be supporting the client specific analyses and discussions and provide consultative support on additional ad-hoc reporting and analysis.

• This individual will be responsible on interacting with external stakeholders and clients directly and can articulate the results of the analysis in a clear, concise manner and meeting the expected deadlines of requested analysis for this client. Education

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Degree related to finance, mathematics, operations, statistics, actuarial science, data science, economics or other data related fields preferred. Required Qualifications

• 2 + years professional experience in data analytics, finance, pricingor process improvement role or equivalent combination of professional experience and education

• OR

• 1+ years professional experience in data analytics, finance, pricing, or process improvement role including 1+ year working with PBM data or PBM financial analysis. Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Microsoft Excel-based analysisand SQL

• Strong organizational, multi-tasking and critical thinking skill sets are required.

• Ability to story tell the findings in clear, concise way when articulating the findings of the analysis to sales, underwriting and other stakeholders.

• Prior experience or knowledge of PBM industry or pharmaceuticals is preferred.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage tight deadlinesand competing priorities.

• Prior experience working across many different groups within an organization.

• Prior experience designing, implementing, and optimizing new business processes.

• Strong presentation and communication skills with experience presenting to various business groups.

• Ability to interact with others in a collegial and professional manner and help foster teamwork and knowledge sharing to complete key tasks.

The typical pay range for this role is:$46,988.00 - $112,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
