You will serve as a maintenance worker by performing maintenance activities varying with an area of assignment, including performing set-ups for departmental meetings in multiple buildings and facilities as required.

You will inspect facilities and grounds to ensure the property is being properly maintained and provide a safe environment for employees. You will coordinate between internal disciplines such as Electrical, HVAC, Life-Safety, Environmental Operations, as well as, Federal and State regulatory agencies. You will survey all conference room devices and equipment regularly. Keep equipment in exceptional working order by performing and coordinating repairs and maintenance of all systems.
Additional Responsibilities include:
- Inventories and order supplies, equipment, and materials for projects, including determining appropriate supplies and materials and locating vendors; may provide input into budget requests in areas of assignment.
- Answers complaints and questions via phone and email regarding employee concerns and complaints.
- May log maintenance calls into the computer and helps assign jobs to technicians.
- Assists in the tracking of expenditures on projects and maintains logs and records of work performed and materials used.
- Oversees maintenance/vendor contracts and that work is being completed by contractors in the most efficient manner possible.
- Responds to urgent maintenance calls and is the first point of contact for emergency calls 24/7.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to walk long distances. The employee is occasionally required to sit, stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and or move up to 40 pounds. The employee will also be required to use ladders or other lifting devices.Required Qualifications:
A 3+ years of experience working in operations and maintenance of a multi-site commercial property.
Demonstrated strong computer skills.
Proven communication skills and ability to deal tactfully and efficiently at all levels of the organization;
Demonstrated organizational and problem-solving skills.
Previous experience with operational safety requirements in a critical environment and ability to apply and follow procedures and requirements per regulatory bodies.Education:

The typical pay range for this role is:$17.00 - $31.30This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
