We operate more than 800 MinuteClinic locations in 36 states and Washington, D.C. and offer 24/7 on-demand virtual care. Founded in 2000, today's MinuteClinic offers more than 190 clinical services for acute and preventive care, chronic disease management, and mental health cares.MinuteClinic is recruiting an Executive Director, MinuteClinic Operations who will oversee and lead the internal operations support of multiple retail health clinics and our virtual care platform. This role ensures that our clinics are operating efficiently, effectively, and in alignment with the company's goals and strategies. This leader will also lead our front-line colleagues and field teams and ensure they have the tools, resources and infrastructure needed to provide high quality care delivery and achieve our financial objectives.Role Responsibilities

- Provides strategic leadership and direction for clinic operations by developing strategies and plans to drive the success and growth of the MinuteClinic organization.
- Collaborates with front line colleagues and field management as well as cross-functional teams to ensure coordination and execution of operational activities such as inventory and supplies management, customer service, and financial performance.
- Supports and facilitates the day-to-day operations of all clinic locations and oversees the implementation of MinuteClinic policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistent and efficient operations.
- Monitors and analyzes clinic performance metrics and financial indicators to assess the health and profitability of each store.
- Oversees Labs and Diagnostics team with the goal of constantly improving the point-of-care testing equipment and procedures to optimize provider workflow, testing accuracy, and patient safety in the most cost effective way possible.
- Serves as the main MC Contact Center liaison and work closely with the retail team on maximizing service levels while managing total program cost as efficiently as possible.
- Responsible for all physical plant work, upgrades, clinic specifications and partner closely with architectural and construction teams on key initiatives, including new clinic builds and closures.
- Serves as a main operational contact with the enterprise licensing team to ensure all licensure and permits are compliant with federal, state and local jurisdiction requirements.
- Identifies opportunities to streamline and innovate on existing operational infrastructure, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
- Analyzes customer feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for improving environment of care, care delivery, and overall customer service.
- Conducts market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer demands, and competitive strategies and uses this information to guide decision-making and develop innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
- Provides guidance, support, and mentorship to department people managers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to lead their teams effectively.
- Provides executive team (VP+) updates and recommendations related to strategic imperatives.

Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification, or equivalent experience.Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:$131,500.00 - $303,195.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
