We are seeking a visionary and enterprise-minded executive director to lead our Data and Analytics Solutions Strategy across Primary Care, Specialty Care and Oncology. This role will shape and execute the enterprise-wide data strategy, drive commercial growth, and unlock new value for pharmaceutical partners and patients alike. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in pharmaceutical data, a track record of building high-impact analytics organizations, and the ability to influence at the highest levels of the healthcare ecosystem.Key Responsibilities:

Enterprise Strategy Leadership: Define and lead the long-term vision for CVS Health's pharmaceutical data and analytics strategy, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities and market evolution.

P&L Ownership: Oversee the financial performance of the Data & Analytics portfolio, driving sustainable growth, profitability, and operational excellence.

Client & Market Influence: Serve as a senior ambassador to pharmaceutical manufacturers, shaping strategic partnerships across commercial, medical, and market access functions.

Innovation & Capability Building: Champion the development of next-generation analytics capabilities, including AI and real-world evidence, to position CVS Health as a market leader in pharma analytics.

Executive Collaboration: Partner with senior leaders across product, technology, operations, and client services to deliver integrated, scalable solutions that drive measurable outcomes.

Talent Stewardship: Build and lead a high-performing, diverse leadership team; foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.

External Thought Leadership: Represent CVS Health at industry forums, regulatory discussions, and executive roundtables to influence the future of healthcare analytics.Required Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of progressive leadership in pharmaceutical data, analytics, or healthcare strategy, including executive-level roles.
  • 10+ years of proven success in leading enterprise-scale transformations and commercial growth initiatives.
  • 5+ years of experience in working with Pharma data, being hands on with data developing analytics solutions.
  • Deep understanding of pharmaceutical industry dynamics, including commercialization, real-world evidence, and regulatory trends.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and external partners.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced degree (MBA, MS, PhD) in relevant field of study.
  • Experience within Fortune 100 healthcare or life sciences organizations.
  • Track record of launching new business lines or innovation hubs.
  • Expertise in AI/ML, data science, and digital health technologies.
  • Familiarity with CVS Health's data ecosystem and strategic priorities.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MS, PhD) strongly preferred.
Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:$131,500.00 - $303,195.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.Our people fuel our future.
