CVS Health, a Fortune 6 company, is seeking a highly motivated, strategic, and exceptionally organized Chief of Staff to support the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and Head of Infrastructure. This critical role will serve as a force multiplier, enabling our security and infrastructure leadership to operate at maximum efficiency and effectiveness. The successful candidate will possess a proven track record of strong execution, a strategic mindset, and the ability to seamlessly interact with all levels of a large, complex organization, including the executive suite.

This role requires a proactive and resourceful individual who can anticipate needs, manage complex projects, and facilitate communication across diverse teams. You will be instrumental in driving key initiatives, optimizing operational processes, and ensuring alignment with enterprise-wide objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Execution & Program Management:
- Partner closely with the CISO and Head of Infrastructure to translate strategic vision into actionable plans and drive their execution.
- Lead and manage key cross-functional projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes.
- Monitor progress against strategic goals, identify potential roadblocks, and proactively develop solutions.
- Prepare and present executive-level updates on key initiatives, performance metrics, and strategic progress.
- Operational Excellence & Efficiency:
- Streamline and optimize operational processes, communication flows, and decision-making frameworks within the security and infrastructure organizations.
- Manage and prioritize critical communications, presentations, and deliverables for the CISO and Head of Infrastructure.
- Oversee budget planning and management for both functions, ensuring alignment with financial objectives.
- Facilitate and prepare for key meetings, including developing agendas, preparing materials, capturing minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action items.
- Executive & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as a central point of contact and trusted advisor for the CISO and Head of Infrastructure, demonstrating discretion and maintaining confidentiality.
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with senior leaders across CVS Health, including the executive suite, legal, HR, finance, and other business units.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to foster collaboration and drive consensus.
- Represent the CISO and Head of Infrastructure in various forums and meetings as needed.
- Analysis & Insights:
- Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions.
- Develop insights and recommendations to support the CISO and Head of Infrastructure in critical decision-making processes.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and dashboards to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- 10+ years of experience in a fast-paced, complex organizational environment, with at least 3-5 years in a Chief of Staff, strategic operations, or similar high-impact role supporting senior executives.
- Demonstrated experience in a large, matrixed organization, preferably within the healthcare or technology sectors.
- Strong execution skills: Proven ability to drive complex projects from conception to completion, managing multiple priorities and delivering results under pressure.
- Strategic mindset: Ability to understand complex business challenges, connect the dots across various initiatives, and contribute to the development of long-term strategies.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely1 to diverse audiences, including executive leadership.
- Highly proficient in developing compelling presentations and executive-level communications.
- Proven ability to interact effectively with all levels of an organization, from individual contributors to the executive suite, with poise, professionalism, and influence.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- High degree of discretion and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Master's degree (MBA, MS in relevant field).
- Experience in cybersecurity or infrastructure operations.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or other relevant certifications.
- Experience within a Fortune 100 organization.
Bachelors DegreePay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:$131,500.00 - $303,195.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
