What you will do
- Conducts routine complex administrative office coordination assuring smooth, timely, and efficient office operations for the department.
- Administers assignments research, collection, analysis, and compilation of data and information for department reports.
- Controls the handling of files, reports, financial records, and confidential record retention ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Implements a high degree of customer service by fielding internal and external inquiries, finding resolutions, or redirecting as appropriate.
- Establishes efficient workflow and office operations of the department by communicating established policies and procedures.
- Controls the internal and external department point of contact ensuring concise communication with employees, stakeholders, and members of the senior management.
- Prepares complex and comprehensive financial records and files about departmental expenditures, budget balances, investments, payroll, and operations.
- Examines performance evaluations within the department ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
- Identifies opportunities to staff support and administrative assistance to executive-level, senior management, or senior individual contributors as needed to ensure consistent department operations.
- 5+ years administrative experience in supporting Executive Director level or higher.
- Experience working in Healthcare environment supporting senior leadership.
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools such as Work, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Previous experience maintaining executive's phone, calendar, work, and travel schedules using Microsoft Outlook.
- Working knowledge of problem solving and decision making skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Ability to work with and maintain confidential information.
- Previous experience using concur
- Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification or equivalent work experience.

The typical pay range for this role is:$22.59 - $53.95This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
