- Manage complex calendars, meeting logistics, and travel arrangements and resolve scheduling conflicts. Prepare and maintain expense reports.
- Handle CMO requests and queries appropriately and in a timely manner
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations and other documents with a high degree of accuracy.
- Coordinate CMO communications including emails and appropriate follow ups.
- Serve as liaison between CMO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Anticipate CMO needs and take initiative to resolve issues before they arise
- Manage special projects and initiatives, as necessary, and ensure timely execution and follow-through.
- 7+ years of senior administrative assistant experience supporting senior and executive level leaders, preferably in a corporate environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, etc.)
- Ability to organize and lead projects and perform multiple tasks for senior executive
- Strong problem-solving ability and to work independently
- Flexible and ability to adapt readily to changing circumstances and working with staff in various time zones
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented and organized
- Strong calendar management skills
- Basic project management experience, preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent experience. Bachelor's degree preferred.

The typical pay range for this role is:$31.89 - $76.50This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
