We will support you all the way!Aetna Better Health of Oklahoma seeks an Early and Periodic Screening Diagnostic, and Treatment (EPSDT) Program Coordinator to serve on the clinical support team. This is a full-time teleworker opportunity in Oklahoma. Travel to the OK City office may be required, based on business needs.
Responsible for working with the Quality Management (QM) Director and other departments to plan, develop, and implement programs, initiatives, and activities to help ensure the plan meets and/or exceeds its strategic and contractually required EPSDT performance metrics. Also responsible for helping to ensure the timely completion and quality review of all EPSDT-related reporting.Works with QM Director and department analysts to help complete all required reports and collaborates with other key departments under the guidance of the EPSDT Program to facilitate cross-functional review well in advance of the due date to help ensure report quality and accuracy.
In coordination with the QM Director, regularly interacts with Population Health/Integrated Care Management, Marketing and Community Outreach, Provider Network Management, District representatives, Corporate Medical Economics, Statutory Reporting and other functional areas across the LOB and Enterprise to:- Capture and track key EPSDT and other QM related performance metrics
- Monitor and gauge the effectiveness of related activities, initiatives and programs.
- Coordinate the accurate compilation, completion and submission of all required reports due to the state.
- Supports QM Director on all EPSDT and other QM related communications with state and other relevant agencies
- Demonstrated experience at defining, coordinating and measuring programs/work on a cross-functional, cross-organizational basis.
- Demonstrated experience in applying strategic and critical thinking to broad scope of problems and business opportunities.
- Experience at independently determining implications and repercussions of problems and potential solutions.
- Proven organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Must be a self-starter, highly engaged, and performance driven.
- Ability to engage, educate, and influence both internal stakeholders and community partners to improve outcomes and ensure success.
- Ability to develop professional reports and presentations.Required Qualifications- Candidate must reside in Oklahoma
- 3 years' experience in health care, behavioral health, managed care, public health, or regulatory industry
- 1 years of project management experience
- 1 years of experience working with data, data management, and data reporting
- 3 years' experience using personal computer, keyboard navigation, navigating multiple systems and applications; and using MS Office Suite applications (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Must possess reliable transportation and be willing and able to travel in-state, up to 10% of the time (Mileage is reimbursed per our company expense reimbursement policy)Preferred Qualifications- Medicaid experience

The typical pay range for this role is:$46,988.00 - $91,800.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
