District Pharmacy Coordinator

And we do it all with heart, each and every day.Position Summary: The District Performance Coordinator (DPC) plays a critical role in cultivating a culture of excellence in pharmacies across their market. The DPC is a key support partner to the Pharmacy District Leader (DL, RX) and District Support Pharmacist Leader (DSPL), providing insights to help improve district-level pharmacy performance. The DPC works closely with DSPL, Pharmacy Managers (PMs), and teams to ensure pharmacies are:
- Effectively staffed and scheduled
- Prepared for scheduled activities (vaccine clinics, inventories, remodels, pilots, rollouts, etc.)
- Compliant with regulatory guidelines
- Embracing change and new ways of working ⁽¹⁾ ⁽²⁾
- Manage pharmacist scheduling and payroll for the district, including coverage coordination and vacation approvals
- Handle vaccine clinic scheduling during flu season, revising schedules as needed and finding coverage for clinics
- Support administrative activities (expenses, payroll, supply ordering, HR ticket submissions, etc.)
- Pull, format, and analyze reporting to highlight district and individual pharmacy opportunities
- Follow up on outstanding issues (exception reporting, audits, IT/service ticket escalations)
- Manage calendar and email requests for the DL, RX during store visits
- Serve as a "change champion" for the district, liaising with partners to track and monitor progress on pilots and new program rollouts
- Support staffing for the district, including opening and maintaining requisitions, screening candidates, and attending hiring events
- Travel within the market as needed to support pharmacy operations and events
- Promote new programs and services, helping colleagues understand the importance of agility in driving positive outcomes ⁽³⁾ ⁽⁴⁾ ⁽²⁾

- Able to travel regularly to all district pharmacy locations (up to 20% of the time)
- Regular and predictable attendance; flexible work schedule may be required
- 1+ years of full-time work experience in a retail and/or corporate environment
- High School diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred
- Pharmacy Technician Licensure/Certification within 90 days in role
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook ⁽²⁾

The typical pay range for this role is:$17.00 - $28.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
