The Distribution Center Operations Supervisor will report to the Manager of DC Operations. The Distribution Center Operations Supervisor is the front-line connection leading approximately 20+ warehouse employees in the stocking department and plays a critical role in engaging and inspiring their team to meet and exceed daily targets.In this role, you will drive daily work execution and monitors work performance, and will drive an engaged, productive team through strong leadership, demonstrating initiative, and leveraging continuous improvement thinking. The supervisor is responsible for supporting the Operations Manager in the total leadership and operations in our union environment.This is a 2nd shift position: Monday-Friday, 3:30pm PST-1am PST, with additional flexibility needed for O/T when needed due to business needsRequired Qualifications
- 2+ years' experience in a leadership role within a distribution center/warehouse
- 2+ years' experience with Microsoft Office
- Supervision experience
- Union experience
- WMS experience
- Bilingual
- Lean experience
- Ability to work multiple shifts or departments
- Ability to maintain strict level of confidentiality
- Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely
- Ability to exercise sound judgement and work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to act quickly and competently in emergencies
- Bachelor's degree

The typical pay range for this role is:$43,888.00 - $93,574.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
