The HR Policy and Compliance Team is looking for a dynamic leader to join their team. This leader will:
- Lead a team of Sr. Managers and Manager level colleagues
- Develop and maintain the year over year strategy for the HR Policy and Compliance org
- Be responsible for providing in-depth, specialized consulting on compliance matters regarding areas of federal, state, and municipal employment related regulatory requirements (e.g., FLSA/Wage Hour; ADA/Disability; FMLA/USERRA/Leave Laws; HIPAA; SOX; GLBA/Privacy laws; WARN; ERISA, etc.).
- Provide expert consultation to HR and the business community on HR policy and compliance matters by monitoring the external regulatory environment and by interacting with external regulators.
- Research and develop HR policies and practices, based on legal and regulatory trends, aligning with CVS Health values, while engaging stakeholders in assessing impact to business strategies.
- Coordinate internal and external HR related audits and develops follow-up strategies and plans where necessary; develops strategies for ongoing compliance with business retention requirements as a government contractor (e.g., special reporting requirements, unique background check requirements).
- Strategically Lead a team and develop enterprise strategy in key HR Projects and HR Policy and Compliance Organization
- Promote employment related compliance awareness, education and training, monitor compliance with applicable federal, state and municipal employment related laws and regulations; provide guidance to HR Colleagues on Code of Conduct concerns.

- 10 years' experience in Human Resources and/or employment law
- 3 years of supervisory/management experience
- Strong problem solving, analytical, and project management skills
- Proven consulting, influencing, negotiating, and written/verbal communications skills
- Strong collaboration with the business, interdependencies, key stakeholders and partner COEs
Bachelors or equivalent amount of experience.Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:$100,000.00 - $231,540.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
