Administers Credentialing strategy to achieve area objectives. Serves as a subject matter expert to staff and customers for the pre-credentialing processes within the Medicaid credentialing team.. Sets and manages action plans for network initiatives, workflow, and quality improvement projects. Manages coordination with network staff for issue resolution.
What you will do
- Executes both routine and non-routine business support tasks for the Credentialing area under limited supervision, referring deviations from standard practices to managers.
- Follows area protocols, standards, and policies to provide effective and timely support.
- Prepares education and training to providers and internal customers on credentialing policy and procedures.
- Organizes ongoing audits to evaluate compliance with standards, outcomes, and deliverable timelines.
- Maintains collections of data, tracking, and reporting, and coordinates receipt of provider data with outside vendors and organizations.
- Takes direction to execute techniques, processes, and responsibilities.
- Work as team lead for process and workflow support.

- 1+ years of Credentialing experience
- Performs data collection, analytical research and analysis.
- Ability to handle multiple processes.
- Tracks and monitors individual work against timeline and metrics.
- Actively participates in team meetings.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong desk management skills.
- 3+ years of Credentialing experience
- Knowledge of EPDB, Microsoft Outlook, ExcelEducation
- High school diploma or equivalent required.

The typical pay range for this role is:$18.50 - $38.82This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
