This role provides guidance and aid to multiple businesses throughout the enterprise as well as participates in cross-functional projects with internal CVS departments. This position prepares the reporting from a budget, forecast and reporting aspect to support the PBM Facilities, Coram, Omnicare and special projects as well as new business opportunities. The primary duties of this role include annual budgeting, monthly forecasting and department reporting, as well as partnering to build financial modules proven to enhance reporting and financial results.This position will also provide supplemental support to the administration of the facilities management software platform, integrity of its data, enhancement opportunities, the onboarding and compliance of contracted service providers within, as well as associated performance reporting.Responsibilities

  • Work with Facility Management leadership to develop the department's annual budget as well as monthly variance and forecasting
  • Complete ad-hoc analysis - including monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting
  • Drive to build financial analysis to provide accurate reporting vendors, trades, GLs
  • Conduct training on forecast and financials for internal and external partners
  • Prepare financial documentation required to account for all expense and capital costs
  • Support Finance partners and department managers with accrual, forecast, and budget requirements, reporting, training throughout the year
  • Provide critical support of the software which functions as the work order system for the enterprise's repair and maintenance services and training to the enterprise partners
  • Drive compliancy and accuracy of daily payments feeds
  • Drive compliancy of vendor onboarding and contracting process through work order system
  • Support of software of the work orders system for the enterprise's repair and maintenance services
  • Support and training to the enterprise partners
  • Supply business requirements for enhancements to software, testing and training of partners on enhancements
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of business experience with hands-on SQL experience (or similar), extracting and manipulating large data sets and tables
  • Excellent critical reasoning skills with strong verbal and written skills to convey these ideas
  • Ability to communicate at all levels of Enterprise
  • Ability to distill detailed analysis to higher level insights and takeaways for multiple levels of the business and detailed-oriented
  • Must be curious, and be willing to learn, a self-starter
  • Deep understanding of business and business concepts
  • Manage projects using proper tools, from kickoff to implementation
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Work Experience
  • Presentation and PowerPoint skills preferred but not necessary
  • Experience with advanced analytic techniques / Service Channel analytics preferred
  • Retail experience or healthcare preferred

The typical pay range for this role is:$66,330.00 - $145,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
