Position Summary Utilization Management is a 24/7 operation and work schedule may include weekends, holidays, and evening hours.This is a full-time telework role that could require up to 10% travel.The Clinical Precert Team Lead is accountable to leadership to support the day-to-day operations of the team. This position has no supervisory oversight, but requires a solid understanding of the workflows, policies and procedures to ensure the team is producing at a successful level.- Supports the on-boarding of new staff as well as quality monitoring and assignment triage.

- Single point and first line of contact for staff for clinical issues, and may lead projects as assigned.
- Provides ongoing communication and updates to leadership and contributes and participates in team meetings.
- The role requires promoting cooperation and team building between all department members. Required Qualifications
- Must have active, current, and unrestricted RN licensure in state of residence
- Must be willing and able to work Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm EST or 9:00am to 6:00pm EST. Utilization Management is a 24/7 operation and work schedule may include weekends, holidays, and evening hours.
- Must be willing and able to travel up to 10% per business needs for meetings/audits
- 3+ years of clinical experience
- 2+ years of clinical precertification experience
- 1+ years of MS office suites experience Preferred Qualifications
- Previous leadership experience Education
Associate's Degree in Nursing required

The typical pay range for this role is:$54,095.00 - $142,576.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
