The Clinical and Quality Evolution Fellowship role is a one-year, non-accredited fellowship experience designed to introduce two licensed pharmacists to the corporate processes of retail pharmacy with focus on clinical practice and quality standards. This role is designed to cultivate future CVS Health leaders through in-depth exposure to various corporate teams and projects, resulting in a deep understanding of the company's distinct integrated business model.This role will expose the colleague to a diverse experience stemming from their involvement in the provision of clinical decision support services, operationalizing internal and external standards, evaluating systems and workflows for quality and safety opportunities, and supporting the field. The colleague will also complete pharmacist training and will be expected to staff a store in the Rhode Island market throughout the fellowship year. This will allow for practice experience as well as providing an opportunity to bridge the gap between the programs the teams support and their implementation into real-world practice.Please Note: Once your application is submitted you may be asked to participate in a virtual interview (HireVUE) process. - Letter of intent describing personal goals as they relate to corporate fellowship training

- Letter of Recommendation (preferably from a preceptor or manager)The top candidates being considered will then be asked to participate in interviews with members of the fellowship selection committee, present a 30-45 minute PowerPoint presentation on an assigned topic relating to community pharmacy practice, and complete a clinical evaluation based on scenarios/questions supported by the Retail Clinical Team.Required Qualifications
- Successful completion of a U.S. accredited PharmD program
- Licensure in Rhode Island (or eligible)
- Solid working knowledge of Drug Information resources, clinical trial data, and statistical analysis
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Strong writing ability
- Residency within a commutable distance to the corporate office in Woonsocket, RI and regular and reliable attendance to both hybrid and on-site shifts as required for regular colleagues
- Ability to travel if necessary for training programs and professional conferences
- Additional tasks as directed by supervisor or manager
- Background in Community Pharmacy Practice
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

The typical pay range for this role is:$49,750.00 - $71,250.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.Our people fuel our future.
