And we do it all with heart, each and every day.Clinical Program ConsultantPosition SummaryAs a Clinical Program Consultant on the Epic Clinical Enablement team, you will be a leader and subject matter expert for multidisciplinary endeavors to evaluate, develop, maintain, and implement clinical program processes and materials. You will collaborate with Information Technology (IT/DDAT), Product Development, Analytics, Clinical Operations, Education, Quality, End-users, and more to improve member outcomes and achieve organizational goals. The Clinical Program Consultant has excellent written and verbal skills in addition to advanced computer skills to design and configure clinical content in the Epic Electronic Health Record (EHR) and other clinical and non-clinical application. You will lean on your Project Management skills and clinical knowledge to assess and prioritize multiple deliverables in a fast paced, team-oriented environment.Responsibilities Include

  • Utilizes clinical and technological knowledge to design member centered system enhancements
  • Develops and maintains requirements to support system enhancements
  • Configures clinical enhancements in Epic EHR in collaboration with IT partners
  • Creates testing materials to support system enhancements and participates in testing as needed
  • Creates educational materials related to program content updates for end-users
  • Leads and participates on multidisciplinary project teams serving as subject matter expert on clinical workflow, product, and system configuration
  • Performs analysis of clinical business needs
  • Leverages Epic and other platform functionality to improve the member and end-user experience
  • Leads system upgrade reviews from the clinical perspective
  • Applies innovative approaches to complex problems
  • Other duties and projects as assigned
The Clinical Program Consultant offers an ever-evolving role for the individual seeking growth and development. You will play a significant role on a small team with exposure to many departments across the organization. You are invited to bring your innovative ideas and passion for optimizing member care and end-user experiences to this position.Required
  • Registered Nurse with current unrestricted license in state of residence
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or health related field
  • Minimum of 5 years recent clinical or related experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willing to obtain Epic Certification within 90 days of hire
Preferred Qualifications
  • Epic Certification: EpicCare Ambulatory, Clinical Content Builder, etc.
  • Master's degree in Nursing, Nursing Informatics, or health related field
  • Nursing Informatics Board Certification (NI-BC)
  • Epic software experience as a clinical end-user

The typical pay range for this role is:$72,306.00 - $173,040.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
