As a Clinical Pharmacist, Medical Pharmacy, you will play a key role in supporting strategic initiatives that drive affordability, integrated value, and innovation across our medical pharmacy programs. Reporting directly to the Lead Director of Medical Pharmacy Strategy and Product, you will collaborate on efforts to enhance site of care strategies, support medical drug list and utilization management (UM) strategies, and contribute to the development of medical pharmacy benefit designs and programs. This is a fully remote role ideal for a clinically trained pharmacist with a strategic mindset and a passion for improving healthcare delivery.What You Will Do
- Support the execution of initiatives related to site of care enhancements and medical Rx benefit design.
- Assist in the development and refinement of medical drug list and UM strategies.
- Contribute to the implementation of medical pharmacy programs that drive cost savings and improve member outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of medical pharmacy strategies.
- Leverage clinical knowledge and data insights to inform decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in the preparation of business cases and strategic recommendations that support long-term value and affordability.
- Clinical background with a strong understanding of medical pharmacy, including billing practices and benefit design.
- Experience in healthcare strategy, PBM operations, or medical pharmacy programs preferred.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and contribute to team-based initiatives.
- Analytical mindset with a willingness to learn and grow in a strategic environment.

- 2+ years of pharmacy benefits, clinical pharmacy roles, or pharmaceutical industry.
- Bachelors of Pharmacy or PharmD
- Valid Pharmacy license in state of residence
- Experience working with J Codes
- Experience working on Medical pharmacy strategy
- At least one year experience IPD analytics and value-based care concepts.

Full timePay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:$106,200.00 - $225,000.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
