Reviews and adjudicates routine Flexible Spending claims in accordance with claim processing guidelines and IRS guidelines. Direct interaction with our members to assist with inquiries.
- You will work in front of a computer for approximately 8 hours processing flexible spending claims via electronic image.
- Determine if submissions are eligible for reimbursement per IRS guidelines.
- Interact with members and providers by phone and email for all inquiries in a professional manner
- Takes immediate action when confronted with a problem or made aware of a situation.
- Maintain quality and productivity standards.
- Assist our Customer Service team.
- 1+ year of data entry or claims processing experience
- 1+ year of Microsoft Office Suite Experience.
- Must have experience working multiple screens and applications.
- Effective organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Work effectively in a team environment
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- 1+ year of Flexible Spending experience.

The typical pay range for this role is:$17.00 - $31.30This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
