Change Controller - Risk Manager

The Change Controller - Risk Manager role is to develop a structured, consistent, and measurable change environment for the Department along with communicating risk policies and ensure processes adhere to the guidelines put in place. The Change Controller - Risk Manager will collaborate with all Business Partners to prepare action plans to decrease risk factors and analyze the changes and the overall impact on the programs to determine how to mitigate cost and schedule impacts. Additionally, the role will include developing, reviewing, and updating processes for an efficient workforce.In this role your key growth opportunities will include: refining your skills in process development, risk management, and change control management; following best practices; exposure to project requirements across multiple business units, including Procurement, Store Layout, Financial and Scheduling partners, Architecture & Engineering, Procurement, Legal, Merchandising & Construction field teams; managing and growing relationships with multiple internal business units and third-party vendors.Required Qualifications
- Ability to excel and lead others in a fast paced, high pressure environment
- Ability to adapt to change and shift priorities in order to meet objectives
- Ability to inform and influence stakeholders of various levels
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Deep knowledge of Program/Project Management processes and tools
- Familiarity with design and construction best practices and processes
- Advanced experience with Web-Based applications such as:
- Tririga
- SAP
- Ariba
- Advanced skill set with software applications:
- Excel
- MS Project
- PowerPoint
- Word
- Outlook
Bachelor Degree in Design, Architecture, Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical), or Construction Management, Business Management or equivalent knowledge gained from education and/or work experience Anticipated Weekly Hours

The typical pay range for this role is:$66,330.00 - $145,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
