Responsible for scheduling Providers and ancillary staff in Minute Clinics to ensure adequate market coverage with the goal of keeping the clinics open 100% of the time. The MinuteClinic Region Coordinator must be able to navigate multiple scheduling platforms and look at overtime, the needs of clinic and understand the dynamic work environment and identify unique staffing needs of retail health clinics. The coordinator will work with their direct supervisor, the market leadership, and staff to analyze market-level scheduling and financial reports related to staffing & scheduling.What you will do
- The Region Coordinator will be required to support a full-time 40-hour schedule-8 hours per day (M-F) with work hours between 6 AM - 6 PM.
- Scheduling and coordinating the work schedules (Clinical & Non-Clinical) of Providers and ancillary staff utilizing various scheduling tools while managing multiple regions/states.
- The scheduler will be responsible for scheduling markets that have established a rotating schedule, and for supporting all markets with on call duties and replacement of staff as needed.
- Scheduling based on policies and procedures and scheduling timetable.
- Ensures that markets are within staffing & scheduling budget, generate reports to ensure minimum hours/weekend shift requirements are being met, identify trends in OT and non-clinical hours and for monthly financial trend reports for Area Directors and Chief Nurse Practitioner Officer.
- Coordinates schedules with market leadership to find providers to fill open shifts caused by vacations, sick days, disability leave, jury duty, and last-minute vacancies while minimizing overtime.
- Recognizes staffing needs according to seasonality and works with the market leadership to develop the right staffing model and forecasting.
- Maintains/creates provider and ancillary staff profiles in scheduling system and supports maintenance and updates to any provider/ancillary staff information. Create Orientation schedules.
- Day-to-Day Scheduling Support: Updates to Clinical Management tool and other scheduling tools daily

The typical pay range for this role is:$17.00 - $31.30This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
