We are looking for a dedicated HR Records Coordinator to join our Human Resources Shared Services department. This role will utilize Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) to manage employee data and other HR-related functions. In this position you will also be responsible for handling colleague personnel file requests, adhering to established records requests procedures, and supporting various daily tasks and special projects. You will also work closely with our third-party vendors to maintain and manage colleagues' personnel files as well as support employment and wage verification requests. The ideal candidate should have excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Required Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills: Essential for time management, managing and maintaining records, and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills: Both written and verbal, for interacting with employees and other HR professionals.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems: Familiarity with various HR software such as Workday and Cognos is a plus.
- Confidentiality and discretion: Must be able to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Problem-solving skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues related to HR records, procedures, and complex inquiries.
- Attention to detail: Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently: Must be able to work with minimal supervision while thriving in a team-oriented environment to achieve department goals.
- High School diploma required.
- 2+ years of professional experience.
- 2+ years of Microsoft Office experience, particularly Excel and Word.
The typical pay range for this role is:
$17.00 - $31.30 per hourThis pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
