- Serve as a liaison between members, providers, and clinical teams to support optimal care delivery.
- Assist members in locating appropriate behavioral health services, with a focus on Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
- Conduct follow-up calls to members and providers to ensure continuity of care.
- Provide accurate information regarding ASD, community resources, mental health programs, and Aetna policies.
- Coordinate with outpatient providers to secure timely appointments for members.
- Participate in data collection, tracking, and analysis for quality improvement initiatives.
- Support reporting activities, including post-discharge follow-ups and recidivism analysis.
- Assist with clinical request processing, including case creation and assignment to clinical teams.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in behavioral health, specifically working with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
- Maintain a reliable residential broadband connection (minimum 25 Mbps download / 3 Mbps upload).
- Experience identifying and coordinating benefits and community resources.
- Familiarity with psychological and medical terminology.
- Prior experience in managed care settings.
- Understanding of health plan benefit structures.
- Associate's degree in Psychology, Social Services, Health Administration, or a related field - or equivalent work experience.

The typical pay range for this role is:$21.10 - $36.78This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
