Position Summary

CVS Health is seeking a Business Compliance Analyst to join our team! This is an early-in-career level risk management position that supports the activities of CVS Health's Enterprise Risk Management program. In partnership with and under the direction of the Lead Director, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) help develop and maintain systems and processes for the management and execution of ERM-related program regulatory requirements, both domestically and internationally. Additionally, the analyst will support the Lead Director in the ongoing maintenance and management of ERM's data and reporting in the CVS Health governance, risk, and compliance software platform (GRC tool) and the completion of the CVS Health enterprise risk assessment process.

This position is primarily responsible for partnering across teams and businesses to complete mandatory and ad hoc requests related to Enterprise Risk Management from both internal and external stakeholders, including owning the project management for annual regulatory submissions in accordance with regulator guidelines (NAIC, international regulatory bodies). The analyst will also assist in developing communication to key stakeholders including senior management, regulators, and rating agencies.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Lead and coordinate regulatory filing completion, partnering with teams across CVS Health to update and continuously improve content
  • Review new Enterprise Risk Management related business compliance requirements, and conduct research and develop recommendations to help develop compliant ERM practices
  • Maintain documentation and data within the designated project management and tracking tools
  • Maintain positive, productive relationships with internal and external constituents through recurring and ad hoc touch points to effectively communicate and inform projects, provide status updates, and address issues
  • Support ongoing ERM initiatives
  • Utilize systems unique to job functions, including standard-issue software such as Microsoft products and compliance-specific tools such as Archer; maintain system documentation, serve as subject matter expert, train users of system, contribute to system design, oversight or maintenance
  • Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of project management experience (or comparable education/certifications/internships)
  • 1+ years in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to interact and influence at various levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work independently and to recognize and resolve issues
  • Experience in risk management
  • Knowledge of GRC and project management tools
  • Foundational knowledge of health care industry and/or accounting/finance principles
Education
  • Bachelor's Degree focused in business or liberal arts, or equivalent experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$40,600.00 - $89,300.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
