The Senior Analyst will play a critical role in leveraging analytics and strategic thinking to help incorporate solutions within the Medicare Grievance department operations. This is an opportunity to partner across the organization to identify data-backed solutions to key pain points, as well as develop and help implement creative initiatives that will drive efficiencies. This position will report to the Lead Director of Medicare Grievances.This position has high visibility across the complaints organization, so great communication skills are required. This position requires strong interpersonal abilities and excellent analytical skills.Core Responsibilities:

  • Perform data / analytics to inform decision-making across the organization
  • Contribute and help to drive forward (under the direction of management) key process improvement-focused initiatives
  • Develop and maintain regular reporting, driving insights and action items to improve performance
  • Collaborate with other team members, as well as cross-functional team members to drive initiatives forward to successful completion
  • Develop materials and lead discussions with relevant organizational leaders
  • Create Quickbase databases to help the operations team track their tasks
  • Manage existing Quickbase maintenance for any changes needed
  • Create and contribute to presentations for senior leadership-level audiences
  • Other duties, as assigned
Required Qualifications
  • 3 years of Medicare Experience.
  • 2+ years of Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, QuickBase; experience with Alteryx, SQL or other programming languages a plus.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in data analysis, data science or analytics role.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and experience leveraging data / analytics to solve problems.
  • Proven innovative problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence decision-making at many levels of leadership.
Preferred qualification
  • 3-5 years of Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, QuickBase; experience with Alteryx, SQL or other programming languages a plus.
  • 4-5 years of Medicare experience.
  • 1-2 years of Operations background preferred.
  • Medicare complaints 1-2 years.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or a minimum of 2 years of equivalent work experience.

The typical pay range for this role is:$46,988.00 - $122,400.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
