  • Detailed understanding of the Business Workflow as well as Clinical Platform in order to articulate requirements that meets operational end goal while aligning with platform capabilities. The span would entail Clinical Platforms and surrounding eco-systems that support our Clinical Staff and their workflows, including Care Management, Utilization Management, & Quality Management.
  • Accountable for performing full business & technical analysis of the Initiatives/Problem statements inclusive of Historical data to understand the true nature and exposure.
  • Accountable and responsible for ensuring that Business Rules Configurators and our IT partners understand the defined requirement and correspondingly defines and communicates deployment dates, status on enhancements etc.
  • Works with Product Owners to ensure complete traceability of all delivery items that meets objectives for projects and programs.
  • Participate in the assessment of all initiatives that require platform enhancements, understand business priorities and aligns incoming work across all components of the system implementations.
  • Identifies project stakeholders, establishes effective communication channels, and manages their expectations.
  • Ensures the translation of high-level business needs/used cases/workflows into detailed requirements/US.
  • C o-ordinates multiple projects across multiple teams ensuring continuity across the projects and eliminating stovepipe solutions. Understands business strategy and supports the timely implementation.
Required Qualifications
  • 4-5 years work experience
  • Experience in a HealthCare Domain
  • Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
  • Adept at understanding business process and pain points
  • Adept at impact assessment, detailed business requirement elicitation
  • Adept at collaboration and teamwork
  • Mastery of business problem solving
  • Mastery of growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
  • Exceptional analytical skills & deal with shifting priorities & vigor to understand the true problem.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in Agile Methodology

Education
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

The typical pay range for this role is:$54,300.00 - $145,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
