And we do it all with heart, each and every day.Position SummaryOur Automation I Canister Calibration roles perform calibrations and qualifications in a safe, timely, and accurate manner, following organization and client-specific policies and proposals.Our team identifies project supply and equipment needs, conveying to the appropriate resource to ensure availability. In addition, we communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure proper calibration of new tool and system purchases. Other responsibilities include:

  • Documents calibrations of measurement and test equipment, instrumentation, and integrated systems to ensure industry-proven best practices are instilled within the company's strategies and end-product offerings.
  • Cleans the canisters per prescribed schedules and procedures, auditing canister performance, and testing canister performance to ensure compliance with the company's regulatory, safety, quality, and confidentiality protocols and standards.
  • Maintains drug canisters for the automated drug dispensing equipment to successfully enhance the company's brand recognition and competitive advantage in the industry.
  • Assists in identifying patterns or trends to help improve canister calibration practices and identify potential quality issues.
  • Ensures a safe work environment by ensuring compliance with the company's regulatory, safety, quality, and confidentiality protocols and standards.
  • Communicates with teammates, administrative staff, and leadership to complete work in an organized and timely manner.
This is a C Shift Schedule:
Wednesday-Saturday, 3pm to 1:30am with Saturday hours varying to support business ex: 12pm-10:30pm or 2pm-12:30amRequired Qualifications
  • 2+ years work experience with proven reliable work ethic
  • Basic awareness of problem solving and decision making skills
  • Proven experience with the use of basic hand tools (Screwdriver, allen wrenches, etc.)
  • Ability to work within a team environment
  • 2 years experience using Microsoft outlook, excel and word
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time

The typical pay range for this role is:$16.00 - $26.21This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
