We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Automation (RPA) Change and Inventory Manager to join our Intelligent Automation CoE. This role is responsible for managing change control and maintaining accurate inventory of automation assets, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational continuity, and lifecycle visibility. The ideal candidate will collaborate with developers, business stakeholders, IT, and governance teams to oversee the stability and traceability of automation (RPA) solutions across the CoE.

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience managing change control, asset tracking, or configuration management in an IT, automation, or digital operations environment.
- Understanding of Robotic Process Automation platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and Power Automate.
- Familiarity with ITIL principles or formal change management frameworks.
- Experience using service management or workflow tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Azure DevOps).
- Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail, organizational discipline, and analytical mindset.
- Prior experience supporting an RPA Center of Excellence (CoE) or automation governance function.
- Certification in ITIL Foundation, UiPath RPA, or similar frameworks.
- Experience working with regulatory or compliance-driven industries (e.g., healthcare, finance, insurance).
- Familiarity with license management and usage optimization for RPA infrastructure.
- Working knowledge of RPA pipeline tools, orchestrators, or bot monitoring dashboards.
- Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, or other reporting/visualization tools for operational metrics.
- Experience in change impact analysis and risk mitigation strategies for automation.

The typical pay range for this role is:$83,430.00 - $166,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
