As Senior Analyst, Assumptions Governance, you will be responsible for key support functions that enable CVS Health's Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) forecasting and financial governance processes. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accuracy and consistency of data artifacts used across underwriting, finance, and related business functions.Primary responsibilities include supporting product management activities, developing reporting solutions, and preparing materials for leadership presentations. The ideal candidate is a tech-minded business analyst with strong project management skills, a working knowledge of modern data tools and platforms, and the ability to collaborate across FP&A, system architecture & engineering, and other business teams.The right fit for this role brings a combination of hands-on experience, ambition, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, uplifting culture that prioritizes action. This position contributes to enterprise-wide modernization efforts and drives qualitative outcomes such as expanding the reporting governance library, leading cross-functional progress updates, and improving internal business application development.Required Qualifications

- 1-3 years of regular Excel use in a professional setting
- 1-3 years of experience in project management, program management, or business intelligence (BI) development, preferably in a Scrum or Agile environment
- Experience with at least one of the following: SQL, Postgres, Tableau, Dataiku, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Rally
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with a focus on documentation and cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A combination of 5+ years of experience in healthcare, reporting, or product management
- Familiarity with agile workflows and enterprise data governance practices
- Experience supporting or leading digital product or reporting initiatives
- Exposure to MS SQL Server, SSIS, Alteryx, Databricks, or Kogito BPM
- Ability to summarize complex information and support presentations to executive leadership
- Bachelor's in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.

The typical pay range for this role is:$46,988.00 - $112,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
