- Monitor system consoles for system messages, alerts, job abends and outstanding write to Operator messages.
- Identify efficiency opportunities and assist in implementation of continuous improvement recommendations
- Participate in planning and executing a training plan to learn and master Data Center responsibilities related to the COM2 functional area: tape, print and tape library.
- Execute tape, print and library tasks that include printing of reports and deliverables, mounting of tapes, monitoring backups, media creation, processing incoming and outgoing tape library deliveries; other duties as assigned.
- Participate constructively in meetings and maintain a timely and accurate timesheet.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows 11
- Ambition to grow in an IT Team environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, ability to coordinate escalation of issues.
- Experience with zSeries Operations, iSeries Operations, TSO/SDSF, ROBOT, TWS, HP/Tandem, Heat, HP Service Manager, SecureSync, and enabling/disabling Halon and/or FM200.
- High School diploma required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.

The typical pay range for this role is:$17.00 - $28.46This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
