Administers processes for plan product implementation. Communicates with key stakeholders to identify and handle implementation issues. Maintains customer expectations to assist in maintaining profit objectives. Operates as the single point of contact for product plan implementation and coordinates resolution of project deliverables. Executes both routine and non-routine business support tasks for the Implementation area under limited supervision, referring deviations from standard practices to managers.Required Qualifications

- 1-3 years of health insurance, customer service, or project management related experience.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills are essential for troubleshooting and resolving implementation issues.
- Ability to meet deadlines and make effective decisions.
- Strong time management and active listening skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
- High School Diploma.

The typical pay range for this role is:$18.50 - $42.35This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
