As an Application and Development Support, Sr Analyst on the Program Modernization Automation and Development team, this individual will serve as a technical resource who focuses on supporting processes and teams within corporate affairs. This role will collaborate closely with other developers, project managers, and Lean Six Sigma leaders to achieve team objectives. They will research and develop highly technical solutions utilizing various applications and tools and perform data extraction and analysis across a wide variety of data sources to meet the requirements of internal and external stakeholders. Successful candidates will possess a proven history of implementing innovative solutions utilizing diverse technologies, working with large data sets, and analyzing data to deriving meaning.Primary Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for refinement and automation initiatives.
- Research and implement appropriate technical offerings to meet business requirements (ex: artificial intelligence, internal applications, ETL processes, custom coding, etc.).
- Explore, extract, examine, and interpret data across a wide variety of data sources.
- Communicate and present analytical findings in a clear and concise manner to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Produce organized, clear, and concise documentation outlining the technical details of each solution.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports that provide insights into key performance indicators that support the organization's continuous improvement initiatives
- The ability to communicate effectively and succinctly with a diverse range of stakeholders, both verbally and on paper, and with all levels of an organization.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Experience in database analytics, visualization, and reporting.
- 3+ years of total work experience.
- 3+ years of experience with SQL and relational databases
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- 1+ years of experience with APIs including REST and SOAP.
- 1+ years of experience with ETL processes and tools.
- 1+ years of experience with data extraction, review, and analysis.
- 1+ years of experience with project management.
- Previous work experience within the healthcare industry.
- MSSQL, DB2, Teradata, Snowflake
- Microsoft Power Platform tools including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
- Experience working with large volumes of medical and pharmacy claims data.
- Experience with SSIS, Alteryx, Tableau Prep, or other ETL tools.
- Experience with Reporting tools such as SAP WebI, Crystal Reports, and Universes.
- Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools.
- Experience with QuickBase application and pipeline development.
- Experience with FTP and SFTP protocols.
- Experience with Python code development and GitHub code management.
- Experience with using Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and LLM tools such as ChatGPT.
- Lean six sigma green belt certification or above.
- Bachelor's degree required or equivalent years of related experience.

The typical pay range for this role is:$46,988.00 - $112,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
