Position Summary The Analyst position is within the Periodic Access Review (PAR) team under the Identity Access Management tower within GRC. This Analyst role is the entry position into the team, and gives the candidate a chance to learn control and governance processes and well as the execution of the access review program from the ground up, building their skills along the way. Proper training and oversight will be present to help ensure success and growth.The Analyst will be working to learn the process and procedures as they take on a set of Applications or systems which they will own and be responsible for . Completeness and accuracy are of the top-most importance in this heavily audited space as we execute the Access Review Control.The Analyst will be responsible for executing access review control processes in accordance with documented procedures. Ability to think through the control with a risk mindset is required . The ideal candidate will be able to operate and think independently when the need may arise and apply proper decision making to drive toward complete and accurate processing of the access review control.

The Analyst will work towards gaining a full and complete understanding of the PAR process to ensure proper and complete execution and be able to grow in their role to assume more responsibility, such as the responsibility for higher risk or higher priority items.

Required Qualifications
  • 0-2 years of experience in IT Compliance/ Audit, Access Review processing, or Identity Access Management
  • 0-2 years of experience in Microsoft Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of Identity Management concepts, including Role Based Access Controls
  • Conceptual knowledge of IT Audit or Information Security Risk Assessments (Educational Experience OK)
  • CISA or CRISC certification
  • Strong organization/time management skills to be able to juggle multiple tasks and meet deliverables
Education
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

The typical pay range for this role is:$29.72 - $59.42This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
