As a Formulary Management Analyst, you will perform a critical role in the management of the CVS template formularies. Key functions include CMS approved formulary file management, performing formulary reporting, formulary analysis tools, directing adjudication changes, and providing formulary related guidance for modified template formularies. You will work closely with the clinical team in the development and maintenance of the template formularies. - Building/maintaining formularies and drug lists in formulary management system
- Creation of formulary submission files to the state or federal governing bodies
- Providing expertise in formulary management system and prescription drug data
- Advanced formulary analysis and reporting
- Working with clinical and business professionals in a complex organization
Required Qualifications
- Proficient analytical skills using Excel and Access
- The ability to create ad hoc query and compare files using Access
- The ability to create and manipulate large data files ensuring data integrity
- Analytical/Problem Solving skills
- Organizational Skills
- Detail-oriented
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and with people across functional areas
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year PBM (Pharmacy Benefits Management) experience
- Technically proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word, and Outlook) and Formulary Management tools
- Ability to utilize reporting tools and interpret data
- Experience with Caremark business systems, claims adjudication, formulary, drug, and client systems with an emphasis on the RxClaim adjudication platform, preferredEducation

The typical pay range for this role is:$43,888.00 - $93,574.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
