We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Analyst to join the Signify Health team to help realize the product vision to help move care homeward for all. We expect Analysts to engage with users to develop a deep understanding of a business problem, be able to convey that understanding in requirements to development teams, define and track metrics, and provide high-quality deliverables. They will collaborate with cross-functional peers including engineers, user experience designers, and analysts to support execution of the product roadmap. This role involves extensive data analysis, troubleshooting, and support for both operations and engineering.Our team is guided by the company's mission to build a healthier place for us all to live and age in. - Contribute to the launch of new DPS products, assisting with requirement gathering, documentation, support the commercialization process, and internal coordination.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, analytics, clinical operations, and customer success) to translate product ideas into requirements and operational plans.
- Help define and document user stories, process flows, and product requirements to support effective and timely execution.
- Conduct data and user research to identify care gaps, user needs, and optimization opportunities across diagnostic and preventative workflows.
- Participate in user testing, pilot evaluations, and reporting to assess performance of programs and new features.
- Design and manage pilot programs, assess results, and make informed recommendations on scaling or iteration.
- Maintain clear documentation and communication to ensure alignment and momentum across teams.
- Support the development team via backlog prioritization, refining features with engineering and defining of KPI that reinforce the why of what we do
- Define, track, report out, and explain metrics representing the value of the product
- Curious, with a passion to share knowledge and challenge the status quo to uncover creative solutions
- Comfortable with data analysis and ability to pull meaningful insights that speak to product success and user engagement metrics
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Excellent communicator with the ability to translate technical details to non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable collaborating across teams and handling multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously
- Experience with agile product management practices & scrum methodologies
- A Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 year of relevant experience

The typical pay range for this role is:$67,980.00 - $135,960.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
