The Analyst will work closely with VA LTSS Leadership team to assist with member case assignment, reassignment, geo mapping and ensuring staffing needs are reported and updated.This position will support a variety of Hiring and staffing functions to ensure colleagues are fully accounted for in staffing ratios, and can manage a caseload as assigned. Duties include: maintain staffing fluctuation of employee profiles , troubleshooting issues, and partnering with internal partners such as Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Information Technology. The Analyst will support all functions of staffing and assignment to ensure seamless experience for new hires, communicate with internal business partners for problem resolutions, and escalate to leadership as needed. The Analyst will work with others on our internal team and operational leadership to ensure that our tools are meeting the overall business objectives and that the Operations team is provided an accurate, strategic plan to execute. The Analyst must be able to research and solve complex problems, perform root cause analysis, provide feedback and solutions for meeting our plans and budgets and any necessary training associated with these tools. The position promotes a positive work environment, performs as a team member and initiates suggestions to continually improve process and protocols related to hiring and onboarding management. Analyst may provide informal guidance and support to Operations as a resource for colleagues.Additional responsibilities: Work with all levels of Operational Leadership team(s) to understand Staffing future changes, opportunities and at risk items which may impact reports, tools and outcomes in a timely manner along with action items. - 5 plus years Software knowledge (MS Office Suite, specifically Excel & Outlook)

The typical pay range for this role is:$43,888.00 - $85,068.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
