Develops and maintains processes to improve pharmacy operations procedures, workflows, and guidelines.
Collects, analyzes, and interprets pharmacy operations data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

Assists in the development and delivery of training programs for pharmacy staff on operational processes, systems, and best practices.
Collaborates with internal stakeholders, such as pharmacists, technicians, and other healthcare professionals, to optimize coordination and communication.
Carries out initiatives to streamline workflows, reduce errors, and enhance overall operational performance.
Actively contributes to team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and collaborative projects, including sharing ideas, providing feedback, and contributing to the overall goals and objectives of the team.
Assists team members with tasks, timelines, and deliverables, including collaborating on projects, sharing information, and ensuring effective communication within the team.The analyst will help ensure exceptional customer service to exceed company and customer expectations for our patients and healthcare providers.
  • Evaluate results and make improvements & recommendations to the environment, processes and the available resources.
  • Promote cooperation with other colleagues, managers and departments to achieve excellent internal and external customer service.
Partner and work cross functionally with Specialty Mail, Sales, internal CVS departments and other CarePlus locations to ensure successful relationships are maintained with healthcare providers, referral sources and patients.
  • Support adoption of company programs such as Specialty Connect, Specialty Expedite, and other CVS products and services that increase business and market CVS as preferred healthcare provider
Required Qualifications
  • One year computer experience.
  • Two years in a pharmacy environment.

The typical pay range for this role is:$43,888.00 - $85,068.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
