At the heart of this strategy lies the critical role our CVS Health Enterprise Training teams play to educate our company's highest volume roles. The Vendor Learning Analyst will support quality and compliance learning program execution delivered through our external vendor partners. Through strong stakeholder management, data analytics and strategic consulting, CVS Health works with our external partners to deliver exceptional service to our Caremark (PBM) members, patients and customers. Key stakeholders for this role include vendor management, internal operations, Program Owners and Instructional Designers, and external vendor training teams. This role works from home as a team member within CVS Health Enterprise Training within the Human Resources department and reports to the Sr. Manager of Vendor Quality and Training Execution.The ideal candidate is a consumer-centric professional skilled in developing and telling data stories that help drive the best execution for any learning program. An ability to maneuver and scale the approach in a changing, agile environment is necessary for success.   • Evaluate and coach to quality training effectiveness of vendor training delivery by attending and evaluating virtual classes
  • Establish and track realistic goals for learning execution improvement with external vendor training leaders
  • Review class communications to meet audit compliance standards
  • Mitigate audit errors and classroom issues through feedback and coaching to external training teams
  • Identify potential training and non-training interventions through monitoring performance KPIs (e.g., AHT, NPS, PBOs, PAs, Quality, etc.).
  • Identify operational opportunities, goal progress and status, staffing, execution roadblocks, etc. during Weekly Business Reviews
  • Maintain the Vendor Master Training Calendar, Initiative Tracker, Landscape, and other stakeholder data
  • Drive learning opportunities through strong relationships with Vendor Management
  • Lead and/or support special projects and initiatives as assigned
Key competencies include:
  • Ability to connect key performance indicators (KPIs) to positive behavioral change
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and design strategies
  • Ability to communicate with and influence others
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Powerful sense to identify priorities, potential tradeoffs, and execution variables specific to the business landscape
  • Ability to shift priorities and strategy in a changing, agile environment
  • Strong project leadership skills
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years in a learning-related field
  • 2+ years using data to measure learning program outcomes
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience delivering classroom learning as a Facilitator or similar role
  • Prior experience collaborating with external vendor training organizations in a call center environment
  • A commitment to our purpose of helping people on their path to better health
Education
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Master's Degree preferred

The typical pay range for this role is:$21.10 - $40.90This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
