What you will do
• Develops basic account plans and strategies to maximize client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
• Analyzes client data, performance metrics, and market trends to identify areas of opportunity and improvement.
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with assigned clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
Conducts regular meetings and communication with clients to understand their goals, provide updates, and address any
concerns.
• Coordinates contract renewal activities, including contract reviews, negotiations, and documentation.
• Communicates with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and facilitate prompt resolution of any issues or challenges.
• Identifies opportunities for account expansion or new business development within the assigned client base.
Assists team members with tasks, timelines, and deliverables, including collaborating on projects, sharing information, and
ensuring effective communication within the team.
• Actively contributes to team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and collaborative projects, including sharing ideas, providing
feedback, and contributing to the overall goals and objectives of the team.Required Qualifications
1+ years of professional experience in healthcare or related fieldPreferred Qualifications
• Experience with IT interfaces and data: VPN. sFTP, HL7, various file formats and data semantics
• Experience with the 340B services Wellpartner offersEducation

The typical pay range for this role is:$43,888.00 - $85,068.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
