Advanced Specialty Care Representative

The Advanced Specialty Care (ASC) Representative is responsible for supporting relations between various Manufacturers/HUBS and Specialty Operations. As the ASC Representative, you will need to work with all areas of Specialty in order to assist in maintaining performance standards and ensuring that services provided are client focused. You will support day to day patient related questions, including problem resolution and data analysis. You should use your knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs to stay organized and have outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills to prioritize workload, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and problem-solve.

Our hours of operation are anytime between 7:00am - 6:00pm CST Monday through Friday so you must be flexible to work different shifts, 40 hours a week with potential overtime on the weekends or holidays.

The typical pay range for this role is:$17.00 - $31.30This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
