Our full-funnel ad solutions leverage CVS's in-store and online data, extensive reach, and to provide measurable results for our clientele. With a range of flexible pricing and buying models, including self-service; these solutions help businesses build brand awareness, engage with CVS consumers, and convert CVS consumers to shoppers.The Senior Manager of Ads Policy is responsible for the development and management of the CMX ads policy for our rapidly expanding product offerings. You will partner with several cross-functional teams including, but not limited to, legal, privacy, sales, product and marketing to analytics and propose changes to existing and develop future policies considering new regulations and ensure brand safety. The ideal candidate will be able to distill complex issues into simple rule statements and will strive to make data-driven decisions in a world where there can be several interpretations.Responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Manage daily policy questions from internal stakeholders related to advertising through CMX.
- Serve as point of contact for internal and external escalations.
- Lead projects regarding the development and roll out of advertising policies that support and protect CVS, our customers, and our advertisers.
- Be on top of trends related to policy issues across the industry and identify possible optimizations to policy. Provide supporting data to advocate for stakeholder buy-in.
- Implement review processes that ensure our policies are effectively applied and policed.
- Develop process for ad creative and keyword reviews.
- Partner with our Business Systems and Product teams to ensure ad policy functionality is incorporated into CMX product features and tools.
- 5+ years' experience in the digital advertising space
- 3+ years' experience with online advertising regulations, policies, risk prevention and management
- 3+ years' experience driving complex projects involving multiple stakeholders
- 3+ years' experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
- Retail media experience is a plus
- Demonstrated strategy experience and ability to understand business trends
- Entrepreneurial spirit seeking to drive innovation.

- Consistent, objective, data and revenue-driven point of view when making decisions often in a grey area
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (HS Diploma and 4 years of experience) requiredPay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:$82,940.00 - $199,144.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
