And we do it all with heart, each and every day.A Strategic Account Executive (SAE) serves as a senior level liaison for our Health Plan segment within the PBM. This is an excellent opportunity to work with leadership both internally and externally! Being an outstanding healthcare sales professional, you will use your years of expertise to grow our business through renewal, retention, and up-sell of existing clients. You will accomplish this through:

• Leading the strategic account team as the quarterback for client happiness and service delivery.
• Influencing client up-sell opportunities through utilizing your consultative selling skills by recommending CVS Health solutions to meet key client needs.
• Developing and delivering quarterly and annual reporting to clients on their drug trend and financial performance and facilitates in identifying client cost-saving opportunities.
• Formulating responses to Request for Proposals (RFPs) through collaboration with primary internal partners such as underwriting.

• Executing client renewals by building relationships with key client partners and asking questions that lead to mutually helpful innovative pharmacy benefit plan designs.

Success will be motivated by the desire to grow revenue for the assigned book of business and achieve above average client happiness. We are looking for a leader with the capacity to influence others to deliver results for the client. This will be a key factor in your success. A strong understanding of the PBM, pricing strategies, Medicare services and managed care environment is critical. Working cross-functionally with internal and external teams is very common in this role. Being able to present to executive partners to drive our goals and achieve client satisfaction is necessary. We believe keeping up to date on market trends will enable you to position CVS Health programs and solutions efficiently to client decision makers. The contributions you will make will align CVS Health for long term growth in the results oriented PBM marketplace!

The selected candidate must be in the Western, Mountain or Central Time Zones with the ability to work remotely. The candidate has the option to work in a CVS Corporate Hub if near one.Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:$75,400.00 - $165,954.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.Our people fuel our future.
