Our full-funnel ad solutions leverage CVS's in-store and online data, extensive reach, and to provide measurable results for our clientele. With a range of flexible pricing and buying models, including self-service; these solutions help businesses build brand awareness, engage with CVS consumers, and convert CVS consumers to shoppers.You will deliver the highest level of client service for our suppliers while working towards renewal and driving incremental revenue. You will partner with Account Managers and Partner Managers within your assigned category vertical owning post sale activities for newly activated client partnerships, Self-service and PMP accounts. You should demonstrate a curious, data driven and solutions-oriented approach to your business. This role is customer-oriented, requires excellent communication skills, numerical analysis, strong organization, project management and ability to multi-task.The candidate must be commutable to one of our corporate offices and be willing to work a hybrid schedule. Collaborate with internal partner teams to build successful digital media campaigns aligned to client KPIs for new business and assigned clients. This includes activities such as:
- Build out media campaign proposals in partnership with the sales and media teams
- Act as daily point of contact for client post sale questions and updates
- Review and execute IOs and SKU mapping for campaign greenlight
- QA billing terms and facilitating IO signatures
- Coordinate launch assets and creative files with internal partners
- Facilitate the end-to-end creative process between the advertiser and CMX's creative team
- Own end to end launch to billing cycle or all self-service and PMP accounts aligned with designated pod.
- Own MWA campaign set up and coordination with internal partners. Prepare rev reporting for marketing and Biz Ops.
- Partner closely with the cross functional teams on campaign activation, trafficking, and optimizations.
- Communicate key campaign performance metrics, insights, optimization recommendations and upsell opportunities to clients or for assigned accounts
- Support monthly campaign billing, ensuring accuracy and delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams to develop end of campaign reporting and presentations for clients
- Establishing reporting dashboard for all client campaigns and QA'ing reporting metrics after launch
- 2+ years previous work experience in Sales, Retail Marketing, Account Management, Media or related field
- 1+ years proven experience managing client relationships and effectively problem solving.
- Effective multi-tasking skills with proven ability to support multiple campaigns/initiatives for multiple stakeholders.
- Team player mentality and ability to work well with cross-functional partners in a fast-changing environment.
- Analytical thinker: digest data and make recommendation
- Organized: ability to prioritize and deliver timely work; best in class project management skills
- Proficiency in Office Suite, PowerPoint, and Salesforce
- Flexible: dynamic, hard-working, and able to pivot direction quickly to keep up with business demands
- Strong familiarity with digital environment: e-Retail, eCommerce, or experience in a retail media network is a plus

- Bachelor's degree preferred

The typical pay range for this role is:$46,988.00 - $122,400.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
