DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a talented Warehouse Coordinator - Level III to join our team specializing in Logistics for our Cummins Inc. facility in York, SC.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Coordinating Seamless Operations - Managing daily activities across Inbound, Outbound, Kitting, and more, ensuring smooth logistics and flow of materials.
- Championing Safety & Environmental Stewardship - Leading by example, modeling proactive safety behaviors, and guiding others through HSE training and best practices.
- Ensuring Product Quality - Conducting inspections, identifying discrepancies, and raising quality issues early to maintain product integrity and reduce waste.
- Maximizing Warehouse Efficiency - Receiving, organizing, and storing materials in ways that optimize space, reduce handling time, and streamline workflow.
- Driving Consistent Delivery - Operating equipment at standard cycle times, picking, packing, and shipping products accurately to meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Maintaining Operational Readiness - Keeping work areas clean and functional while supporting equipment care and minor maintenance to prevent disruption.
- Fostering Cross-Functional Teamwork - Communicating clearly with support teams, facilitating training, and helping build a collaborative, high-performing workforce.
- Advancing Continuous Improvement - Identifying opportunities to improve quality, safety, and material flow, and taking action to enhance operational performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Attention to Detail & Problem Solving - Monitor performance indicators, spot bottlenecks, and adapt processes as needed to keep everything running smoothly.
- Clear, Purposeful Communication - Ensure timely and effective communication at every level—whether you're reporting a discrepancy, coordinating a shipment, or leading a process improvement effort.
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
A two year University degree from an accredited program in Business, Engineering or a relevant field of study preferred.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience in a related field such as logistics, warehousing and third party logistics provider management.
