Test Technician
Description
We are looking for a talented Test Technician for our Site in Guadalajara, Spain (Electrolyzers) .
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
✅ Perform tests and inspections to evaluate the quality and performance of assembled hydrogen electrolyzer products.
✅ Execute test protocols on submodule or system levels using a PLC-controlled system.
✅ Adhere to safe work methods during test execution.
✅ Identify and resolve issues by collaborating with production, engineering, project management, supply chain, and logistics teams.
✅ Complete test reports and document results.

✅ Work efficiently with various tools and measuring equipment.
✅ Read and interpret engineering drawings ((electrical drawings, mechanical 3D/2D drawings, P&IDs), technical data sheets, and product specifications.
✅ Assist in conducting factory acceptance tests (FAT) in the presence of clients.
✅ Contribute to punch list items and follow up during and after the completion of the testing process.
Qualifications
- Your Profile: Experience as an Electrician/Technician. Ability to read electrical schematics and recognize symbols. Graduate in electromechanics/electricity/process automation or equivalent through experience. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.️ Proficient in English . Strong team collaboration skills as well as the ability to work independently.
