We are looking for a talented TÉCNICO C to join our team specializing in TALLER for our Distrubution Business in Cartagena Colombia

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Complete preventive maintenance and/or basic repair activities on engines and related components at the customer's site with minimal instructions.
• Interact with the customer courteously and professionally. Ensure immediate and efficient attention to customer needs.
• Utilize specialized tools and follow documented policies and procedures to diagnose and complete basic repairs, as well as prepare required tools and parts. Escalate unresolved issues to more experienced field service technicians and/or supervisors.
• Perform preventive maintenance activities according to documented standards and schedules on engines and related components in the field.
• Complete required documentation such as service worksheets, time sheets, and warranty claims through written forms or business system capture screens.
• Complete training as per skill and business requirements.
• Maintain tools and vehicles for cleanliness and proper functioning.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental policies, procedures, and legislation.

• Experience with Medium-Power Diesel Engines (preferably Cummins up to 15L).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar positions.
• Education as a Mechanical Technician or similar field.
• Valid B2 driver's license.
• Proficiency in Multimeter and Electrical Diagrams.
• Proficiency in Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
