Qualifications

Responsibility:

Legal Function

  1. Help to fill, organize and systematize all legal documentation kept by EA ABO legal department, including but no limit to entity establishment documents;

-协助填写、组织、管理法律部所有法律文件;

2.IPR related information filing, organizing and systematization, such as the information of registered domain name and trademark, and extension work; help to check with CTO re the relevant application or inquiries;

-知识产权相关信息的归档、整理和分类,例如注册商标、商标扩展和域名续费等信息;
  1. - Involving Company Chop management, helping on Chop & Certificate usage and file management;

-参与公司印章管理,协助盖章及文档查询等;
  1. Involving legal document translation;

-参与法律证照、文件翻译;

5.Helping on compliance of routine legal and administration works of legal departments, such as document preparation for AIC registration and document copying and filing of company chop usage records;

-协助法律部日常法律和行政工作,例如,工商登记相关文件准备、文件复印、公司印章使用记录分类整理,付款申请等;
  1. Helping on managing on-line share information, such as information upload, information updating;

-协助管理在线分享信息,例如,信息上传与更新.

要求:
  1. 本科以上学历;
  2. 良好的英语听说读写能力, 通过大学英语6级考试;
  3. 熟练使用Word, Excel & Power Point;其它办公软件等等
  4. 良好的团队合作能力;
  5. 保证至少工作4个月以上, 每周至少四天
