DESCRIPTION
The Sr. Supplier Outreach - Analyst applies developing business process, project management, and procurement knowledge to support supplier outreach and supply chain initiatives. This role is responsible for analyzing complex data, identifying improvement opportunities, managing portions of well-defined projects, and supporting established procurement processes. The role requires collaboration across functions, effective communication with stakeholders, and application of technical and analytical skills to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Note- Although the role category specified in the GPP is Remote, the requirement is for Hybrid
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a resource on project and work assignments, applying knowledge of project management and procurement processes.
- Assist team members in identifying, tracking, and resolving project issues; monitor and communicate project status to the team and stakeholders.
- Provide analytical support, including budget planning, tracking, and research, to drive informed decision-making.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, databases, and records; ensure timely and accurate communication of progress.
- Assist with risk and issue management by identifying areas of concern and applying quality tools to drive mitigation.
- Support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of supplier outreach processes.
- Share learnings and best practices across teams to enhance project success.
- Leverage technical expertise in MS Access, VBA, Power BI, Python, and data analytics to drive automation and insights.
- Apply knowledge of supply chain processes, engineering concepts, and procurement to improve supplier collaboration and performance.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration efforts and manage relationships with suppliers and stakeholders to balance priorities and deliver outcomes.
- Shift: Night Shift (5 PM - 2 AM IST, US time zone support)

Experience
- Minimal to moderate level of relevant work experience is required.
- Experience in supplier engagement, procurement, supply chain analytics, or engineering-related roles preferred.
- Exposure to managing small-scale projects, stakeholder collaboration, and process improvement initiatives is beneficial.
QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Advanced certifications in data analytics, supply chain, or project management are an advantage.
