We are seeking a talented Sr Hospitality Supervisor to join our team in Guarulhos, SP | CBL.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Ensure internal customer satisfaction, as well as compliance with sanitation, safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards.
- Ensure optimal performance in all assignments, monitoring service usage metrics and guest behavior.
- Prepare and maintain performance reports, ensuring visibility to local and global leadership.
- Lead hospitality projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines, quality, and regulatory compliance.
- Contribute to the development of the annual operating, utilities, and capital plans, ensuring expenses remain within budget.
- Define and implement action plans in case of hospitality service failures, coordinating responses, monitoring effectiveness, and reporting results.
- Support bidding and service negotiation processes in partnership with the Indirect Procurement team, providing insights on local regulations and market conditions.
- Define specific requirements for external providers, aligning them with corporate standards, legal regulations, and business needs.
- Manage and respond to government audits and inspections related to food services, ensuring accurate documentation and implementation of corrective actions.
- Coordinate initiatives to comply with the Destination Zero strategy, being responsible for defining the SUP strategy and overseeing its execution.
- Make strategic decisions aligned with corporate guidelines, in compliance with local legislation and business demands.
- Collaborate with local leadership in strategic planning sessions, ensuring visibility into the performance and contribution of the Hospitality function to the business.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Fluent English and/or Spanish.
- Solid experience in leadership, project management, and decision-making.
- Strong experience in Facilities Management, Corporate Hospitality, or related areas.
- Knowledge of local regulations related to hospitality and food services.
